I’ve got a post on my blog called UPS Sucks that is probably the most commented entry on the whole thing. Every few weeks someone else finds it by googling and leaves another story of how UPS screwed them over too.
My main client uses UPS to deliver but after getting so many complaints from Canadian customers they asked me to change their online store so the UPS delivery option only appears for US customers. I gladly made the change.
