Moving Pictures: Canadian Films On Tour is proud to announce the exclusive B.C. premiere of the feature dark-comedy “SIDEKICK” by Victory Man Productions. The May 1st screening in Vancouver marks the end of the whirlwind 8-city Cross Canada Tour that launched on April 5 in Halifax. The tour is funded in part by Telefilm Canada‘s Alternative Distribution Fund.Not your typical Canadian feature film, “SIDEKICK” is an original entry in the superhero movie genre, following the misadventures of comic book junky, Norman Neale, whose life finds new meaning when he discovers a cocky fellow co-worker, Victor Ventura, has slight telekinetic abilities.
