I just learned that a lot of lines that Stinky Wizzleteats sings during the song “Happy Happy Joy Joy” on Ren & Stimpy’s episode “Stimpy’s Invention” are taken from the film “Big Country” with Gregory Peck, Charlton Heston and yes, Burl Ives, who won an Oscar for this film.
